Smart Tabs II

The ST1610 Series is ideal for low profile Fiber Glass, Aluminum, and RIB design boat with transom widths less than 10 feet (trailerable boats). This heavy duty system provides an active suspension system for the boat that increases stability and smooths the ride even in rough seas. Easier planing at slower speeds, increased payload performance, improved tracking and handling are available automatically without the need for pilot interface. No switches, no electric or hydraulic connections, and no maintenance.

Designed for boats 23' - 30' weighing over 6500 lbs

The ST1610 series features two nitrogen gas actuators per plate providing increased stern lift and twice the reactive dampening, eliminating any instant changes from water pressure variances. This fully automatic and active system provides smooth and undetectable reaction to boat speed, and water conditions creating a level more comfortable ride.

Designed for boats between 23' and 30", under 10' in width, and up to 8,500 lbs gross weight

Smart Tabs SX

The Smart Tabs SX series incoporates all of the fully automatic features of our popular Smart Tabs, in addition to the rust and corrosion free benefits of molded compsite materials. Assembly can be completed in seconds and the installation in a few minutes. The only tools required are a drill with a 3/16" bit and a phillips screw driver. Smart Tabs SX provide un-equaled performance and durability with no maintenance in fresh or salt water. The system can be specifically tuned tomaximize the performance of any power boat, and Tracking Ribs have been added to improve handling at higher speeds.

PR500

The PR500 Bracket assembly allows Smart Tabs to be set in two different positions without the use of any additional tools. When the bracket handle is in the “Down” position theSmart Tabs will function as trim tabs. When the bracket handle is in the “UP” position Smart Tabs will be fully retracted. The brackets are ideal for use when rack storing a boat, beaching a tender or in very shallow water conditions for example. Replaces the standard transom bracket (#TB1007).

ProTroller Series

Trolling Brakes and Trim Tabs All in One!

The ProTroller series incorporates the ability to turn Smart Tabs into trolling brakes. By simply moving a lever up or down, ProTroller Smart Tabs switch between the most effective trim and stabilizer system on the market to the most effective trolling brakes on the market.

Trolling Brakes
With the levers in the down position, the plates drop down to create equal braking on both sides of the boats, providing the added benefit of tracking straight at ultra low speeds. Steering control is maintained because the propeller is not restricted, as with other systems.

A simple convenience with major results. The model 135 is the perfect option for older outboard motors with bad hydraulic trim and tilts, when repair costs are prohibitively expensive. The heavy duty bracket is designed for outboards up to 135hp or 350 pounds and it maximizes lifting power (even greater than the outboards tilt range), and it also allows for increased tuck-under to get heavy boats on plane quickly. Adapts to clamp on or bolt-through outboards.

Set-back Plate (2in)

This cast aluminum spacer provides two inches of set-back for bolt-on motors, allowing performance seekers to fine tune their boats. Dipped in a zinc rich primer then powder coated, this solid spacer installs directly to the transom, or adds additional set-back to an existing JackPlate. A standard BIA hole pattern makes mounting a snap, but is drillable for non-standard patterns.

Set-back Plate (4in)

An innovative flared shape allows this four inch set-back bracket more transom contact area to reduce stress and improve the motor's stability. The two piece, T-6 heat treated. 1/2" anodized aluminum bracket will work with even the most powerful main engines. This is an inexpensive solution to lagging performance, while maintaining maximum durability. The pre-drilled hole patterns allow for an extensive range of motor installations.

Wedge Plate 5 Degree Reversible

The Reversible Wedge Plate provides five degrees of trim or tuck. Its one piece, cast aluminum design provides a stable platform for the largest of today's outboards. Heavy boats will benefit from the additional performance of five degrees of bow lift. Bow light boats will benefit by reversing the wedge, keeping the boat adhered to the water and providing a much improved hole shot. The chromate dipped, powder painted wedge offers hole patterns to suit a wide variety of mounting applications.

If trolling motors are you thing – then our 405 static Plate is a must. It offers a sturdy and flat mounting area for your trolling motor clamps. Troll with confidence knowing that your trolling motor will stay where you put it!! This bracket makes mounting auxiliary and long shaft motors a snap. When direct to transom motor mounting is difficult, Panther’s Static Motor Mount Plate provides a flat secure mounting surface for clamp on or bolt on kicker motors up to 40 hp or 150 lbs. Made of solid cast aluminum with an 8 in. by 7 in. mounting area. The bracket can be used on most contoured boat transoms. The plate also works for mounting long shaft motors on short shaft transoms, because the plate set the motor 4 inches higher on the transom it’s perfect for jon boats and small fishing boats when a short shaft motor would otherwise be required. Convenient economical durable and easy to install, the Model 55-0405 is the answer to difficult transom installations.
